Moving a battery from prototype to production requires more than copying a working sample. The program must convert requirements into controlled design outputs, resolve sourcing and manufacturability risks, validate performance and safety, qualify the production path, run a production-intent pilot, and release the pack with approved documentation and change control.
Catalog reference-design programs begin at 10 units and custom programs begin at 25 units. LBC does not quote individual retail battery orders.

There is no universal count. The number and type of builds should be driven by unresolved risks, design maturity, test coverage, certification needs, and the evidence required for release.
It may be possible for early learning, but the production-intent design must be verified with the approved cells and components because performance, safety, life, charging, mechanical behavior, and certifications can change.
