What we supply

How ordering works

  1. Send your requirements. Application, voltage, capacity or runtime, load, space, charger, environment, communications, first-order quantity and annual volume.
  2. We recommend a pack. A catalog design if one fits, a modified design if it's close, or a custom design if it isn't.
  3. Quote. Pricing, minimums, lead time and the documentation included. Lead times run from weeks to months depending on cells, design scope and validation, and your quote confirms them.
  4. Samples or pilot lot where your program needs validation before volume.
  5. Production and repeat orders under the approved specification, with change control.

What a good lithium battery supplier gives you

Price per pack matters, but the expensive problems in battery supply come from what isn't on the quote. Here is what we commit to for a production program:

  • A controlled specification. The approved BOM, drawings, BMS firmware and test limits are fixed. Components don't change between orders without your approval.
