LBC helps define the pack, compare reference and custom designs, evaluate cells and components, select qualified production partners, establish quality and documentation requirements, coordinate certification support, and manage delivery without claiming that every pack comes from an LBC-owned factory.
Catalog reference-design programs begin at 10 units and custom programs begin at 25 units. LBC does not quote individual retail battery orders.

Does LBC use production partners outside the United States?
Yes. Current programs may use qualified global or domestic production partners, depending on the battery, volume, cost, quality, origin, and compliance requirements. The selected path is disclosed for the program.
Can LBC support customer-nominated cells or suppliers?
Often, yes. Nominated sources still require technical, quality, availability, commercial, and compliance review before they are approved for the program.
How does LBC protect against unauthorized component changes?
The program should define an approved bill of materials, substitution rules, notification requirements, acceptance criteria, and change-approval process appropriate to its risk.
