Our Manufacturing Philosophy
Every Lithium Battery Company pack is built to order using fresh cells. We do not maintain a warehouse of pre-built packs. This approach ensures that every customer receives a pack assembled with cells at their peak performance — full rated capacity, maximum cycle life, and optimal BMS calibration for their specific application.
This is not a marketing claim. It is a manufacturing philosophy that shapes every decision we make, from facility design to production scheduling.
Five Production Lines, Every Cell Format
Our Tampa, Florida facility houses five fully automated production lines covering every major lithium-ion cell format:
Large Cylindrical Cell Line: High-throughput automated assembly for large-format cylindrical cells including 32700, 40132, and 46800 formats. Robotic spot welding, precision cell matching, and integrated BMS assembly.
Large Prismatic Cell Line: Full-process automation for large-format prismatic LFP and NMC cells (50Ah–320Ah). Robotic arm cell handling, laser welding station, and integrated BMS assembly.
